Nadine Rieder

Factory Rider

From Eliminator Sprint to the classic Cross Country discipline, from Marathon to Enduro. Nadine's strength lies in her wide range and her passion for fighting for seconds. This year the Sonthofen native has a clear goal: to participate in the Olympic Games. In addition, the sprint disciplines remain Nadine's great passion. Besides the German Championship, the European and World Championships are also firmly planned. The Cross Country World Cup is still in Nadine's schedule, plus stage races like Cape Epic.

What does your typical day look like, Nadine?

My days look very different and always depend on the program of my training plan. But usually I get up in the morning and start the day with a delicious breakfast. Afterwards I take care of emails, homepage and whatever else comes up. After that I go to my first training session. Often I have another training session in the afternoon. In the evening I let the day end with a little yoga or a relaxed stretching session. Since I have been on leave from the city of Sonthofen, my employer, I enjoy the free time very much and can fully concentrate on the sport. I still do the modeling on the side and so I have more time for everything.

The most important thing for me is that the fun never gets lost. If everything fits to your health, the rest comes by itself ;-) Successes, my team in the background (family, trainer, partner) and the fun of sports in nature drive me on.
