ORDER PROCESS
1. Delivery of your order
We pack your entire Click & Collect order and send it to the retailer you have selected.
2. Assembling your bike
The dealer will assemble your bike for delivery and notify you by email when it is ready for pickup.
3. Personal pickup appointment
You should then make an appointment with your dealer, who will adjust your new bike to fit you perfectly and hand over your complete Click & Collect order to you.

Select the bike you want on our website and add it to your shopping cart. During the ordering process, select a ROTWILD store to which the bike will be shipped. Once you have successfully paid for the bike, we will send it to the ROTWILD store where it will be assembled. We will notify you as soon as the bike is ready for pickup. Then make an appointment with the ROTWILD store to pick it up. Take the invoice with you to the store to prove that you are the buyer. The ROTWILD dealer will adjust the bike perfectly for you and you can ride away straight away.
No, unfortunately that is not possible. The ROTWILD Store ensures flawless assembly and perfect setup for you and your riding skills. The ROTWILD dealer will also be your point of contact for all service questions afterwards.
No, all ROTWILD bikes are delivered without pedals so that you can choose the pedal system you want. If you still need pedals, it's best to contact your ROTWILD dealer directly. They will be happy to advise you and equip you with the right system!
Yes, the ROTWILD dealer will take care of the assembly and personal setup for you.
Shipping the bike to the ROTWILD store and assembling and preparing it usually takes 5-7 business days. Of course, you will be notified as soon as the bike is ready for pickup.
If you ordered the bike in the wrong size and notice this when you pick it up, talk to your dealer. Together we will find a solution.
