The following conditions, which describe the prerequisites and scope of our warranty service, do not affect the warranty obligations of the seller arising from the purchase contract with the end buyer. These warranty obligations are to be fulfilled free of charge in the event of a defect .

The territorial scope of this warranty is the DACH states, whereby the warranty can only be asserted in the country of first purchase.

Warranty claims are processed by an authorised ROTWILD specialist dealer. A list of these specialist dealers can be found in our Store-Locator . Alternatively, you can obtain the name of a ROTWILD specialist dealer in your area from our customer service (Tel. No.: +49 6021 921 55 22) . The ROTWILD specialist dealer will inspect the bicycle on our behalf to assess whether a warranty case exists before granting a warranty. If there is a warranty claim, the processing is free of charge for you.

Before your first ride, please read the manual(s) supplied with each product. These contain important safety information and information on installation, use and maintenance.

B. Scope

Voluntary manufacturer's warranty ROTWILD offers a voluntary manufacturer's warranty on material and workmanship defects of five years for all frames (carbon and aluminium) from model year 2015. Paint finishes and graphics are not included in this definition.

Prerequisite for claiming is the purchase of a ROTWILD bike from a ROTWILD authorised dealer as well as the product registration via  www.rotwild.de/produktregistrierung by the first legal owner within 30 days of purchase.

Within the warranty period, subsequent owners are also entitled to the warranty. Decisive for this is a continuous notification of the respective change of ownership by sending proof of lawful acquisition to the guarantor. The start of the guarantee is in any case the date of the original retail purchase.

The warranty includes, at our option, repair or replacement of an identical product or a product available at that time which is as similar as possible to the original product. If a product is replaced, the original product must be returned to ROTWILD before the replacement product is made available, unless otherwise agreed in writing with ROTWILD.
