How do I register my ROTWILD bike?

Simply fill out the following form and submit it. Once we have processed your registration, you will receive confirmation of your successful registration shortly afterwards.

To successfully register your bike, you will need the frame number. You can find it as follows:

For ROTWILD bikes, the frame number is generally located on the underside or upper side of the down tube, near the motor. It is usually marked in a small format and may also be displayed as a QR code.
Note: Codes may also be visible inside the battery compartment that look like a frame number at first glance. However, these are not the complete frame number.

If you cannot find your ROTWILD dealer in the list below, it is probably no longer an official ROTWILD partner for the current season. In this case, please send us all the information below by e-mail to: vertrieb@rotwild.de.
