We offer a Crash Replacement Service within the warranty period (two years regular, three years with product registration). In the event of damage to the frame or swingarm caused by a crash, the first owner can purchase a new frame or swingarm from us with the following discounts based on the recommended retail price:
- 50% (in the first year)
- 40% (second year)
- 30% (third year)
If you would like to make use of our Crash Replacement Service, please contact a ROTWILD dealer you trust. He will contact us and take care of everything. Please note that this service does not include the conversion costs of the specialist dealer. These may be invoiced separately by the dealer
