The R.X375 is the perfect all-mountain bike that hits the mark with its modern geometry, tuned to 29er wheels and 150 mm travel. It is neither too sluggish nor too nervous, but offers an active riding style thanks to its well thought-out kinematics. The optimized transmission ratio in the rear triangle and the increased progression give the bike playful handling on fast single trails and a full, confident feeling on demanding descents.
The excellence of a carbon frame
What do we mean by German Engineering? The absolute will to optimize even the smallest detail in development right from the start. So that the end result is maximum riding pleasure.
The starting point for this is the hand-made full carbon frame made of high-modulus fiber. We have worked long and hard on the optimized carbon layer layup so that the frame can offer higher stiffness values with absolutely optimized weight. The linkage and shock yoke are also made entirely of carbon. This gives the R.X375 frame exactly the exceptional properties that enable precise power transmission and excellent control.
Love the Highspeed
The special feature of the rear suspension is that it has double-row full ball bearings, which noticeably improve the smoothness of the rear suspension and increase stability, durability and therefore service life at a low weight. For even better performance, the transmission ratio is increased at the beginning of the compression stroke, resulting in better suspension response. In line with this, the progression increases towards the end of the stroke so that the suspension travel is higher and “bottoming out” is effectively prevented. The rear suspension has plenty of pop and encourages you to pull off at every root and style over it.
Shifting performance
The R.X375 Ultra is equipped with a Shimano XTR groupset with a 12-speed gear ratio in the rear derailleur, which represents an optimal symbiosis of weight and finish with the titanium and carbon materials used. The rear derailleur ensures a new level of quietness thanks to less tension in the lower gears and an additional stop on the cage. Thanks to its robust construction, it is particularly durable and reliable.
Easily removable battery
The battery has an effective 360 Wh and is very easy to remove. The quick-release technology developed by us enables the battery to be unlocked from the frame at the touch of a button. Completely tool-free and without the hassle of using a key. The slim battery sits flush in the down tube. The carbon housing reduces the weight of the battery to a light 1.9 kg.
Extend your reach
A second battery for more range can easily be transported in the backpack. Tip: this is particularly easy with the Ergon BA2 E Protec, because in addition to a back protector with high shock absorption, the Ergon backpack has its own compartment in which the second battery can be safely stowed.
Powerful motor for your needs
The R.X375 relies on the Shimano EP8 motor and has two profiles for perfect motor support, which can be switched between at any time. Profile 1 is the Shimano standard profile and delivers a full 85 Nm in boost mode. Profile 2, as defined by us, is adapted to the compact battery, delivers a maximum torque of approx. 63 Nm and, in combination with the reduced weight, delivers a homogeneous riding performance. “Among the classic motors, the EP8 is the lightest, ideal for light use.
