The new R.E735
Simply leaving the beaten track. That's not so easy in many areas of life. You have to create space for yourself, have a route. This will then take you and your bike into unknown terrain. That's what the R.E735 is made for. The “E” doesn't stand for Enduro for nothing. You'll be ready for your next adventure with it. With plenty of stability in the flat geometry and the right amount of agility and grip in the chassis, roots, rocks and rough sections are just episodes on your way to the next adrenaline rush.
A typical enduro bike
The R.E735 is a typical representative of the enduro species. You can master the uphill passages and the transfer between trails with the bike with flying colors. You'll find your exact center on the bike. Its performance supports you so that you both get the job done, which is the means to an end. At the top, you take a deep breath. Before you ride over the grade into the trail. Where it gets rough. All your concentration is required here. You need a piece of sports equipment that is at home here. The R.E735 combines two worlds.
The Mullet concept
Comfort on the long haul and agility when things get demanding on the trail. The progressive chassis of the R.E735 stands for this symbiosis of abilities. Mullet is the keyword. With the 29” wheel at the front, you can take on any terrain without hesitation. The larger diameter gives you the traction you need. It's easier at the rear. A 27.5” wheel is fitted there. They allow the bike to be playful, make it agile and provide the necessary grip. Especially as the tire is a little wider than the front.
The power is in the flow
The smaller rear wheel means less installation space. So the R.E735 can cope with a shorter chainstay (440mm). We have also designed a new seat stay. All in all, this results in a compact rear triangle that responds very directly to your riding commands. The linkage seamlessly transfers the power absorbed by the suspension to the shock. The characteristic damper linkage known from the R.X735 consists of a combination of carbon made from high-modulus fibre and a weight-optimized aluminium yoke. Speaking of the R.X735. Safety at high speeds
The interplay of reach and wheelbase ensures a central and easy-to-shift center of gravity and thus counteracts oversteer and understeer. The steeper seat tube angle in relation to the shorter top tube ensures a highly effective riding position for pedaling uphill to the next trail. A suspension fork with 170 mm travel works for you at the front.
Powerful symbiosis in the IPU735
The heart of the R.E735 is the IPU. It includes the battery developed by ROTWILD with an effective 720 Wh. That's enough energy, even for your longer adventures. Go about it with a clear head, without range anxiety. The energy cells are housed in a carbon casing. This nestles elegantly into the down tube. With the tried-and-tested ROTWILD Quick Release, you can remove the battery at the push of a button and in a matter of seconds. The angled upward removal also ensures high rigidity in the frame.
