Highlights from the 2025 UCI World Championships in (E-)Enduro
ROTWILD Racing: Highlights from the (E-)Enduro World Cup 2025 - From August 30 to September 1, 2025, the Enduro and E-Enduro World Championships took place in the Aletsch Arena and Bellwald in Valais. Technically demanding courses, framed by the impressive backdrop of the Great Aletsch Glacier, provided the perfect stage for exciting competitions. For our ROTWILD Racing Team, it was a rollercoaster ride. The focus was not only on fast times, but also on passion, team spirit, and unforgettable moments.

Das Nationaltrikot zu tragen ist jedes Jahr eine besondere Ehre. Vor allem da es sich erst um die zweiten Enduro Weltmeisterschaften überhaupt handelt.

Während des Trainings war das Wetter noch sehr wechselhaft. Sobald es jedoch aufzog, konnte das gesamte Panorama bestaunt werden. Helen auf der “Lord of the Rims” Stage im Bikepark Bellwald.
Da staunt im Hintergrund selbst der spätere Weltmeister Richie Rude. Torben sucht während des Trainings am Samstag die schnellste Linie durch die Almwiesen.
Nach dem Training ist vor dem Rennen. Durch die schnellen und steinigen Strecken musste Lorenz immer ein Auge auf die Speichenspannungen werfen.
Spezialisten unter sich. Torben und Lorenz besprechen die letzten to do’s nach einem langen Trainingstag.
What a view! Am Sonntag wurde bereits ein Prolog auf der Glaciara Stage durchgeführt. Leider crashte Helen dort und verlor wertvolle Zeit.
Voller Fokus. Helen auf Stage 11, “Blueberry Trail”. Am Ende eines langen Renntages reichte es für Platz 4.
Bis zum Schluss. Nach einer sehr schwierigen Saison zeigte sich Torben nochmal selbst sein Potential. Zwei Top 20 Stages und Platz 30 am Ende können sich definitiv sehen lassen.
Alles gegeben. Kelan startete sehr gut mit einer Top20 und einer Top30 Stage ins Rennen. Ein schwerer Sturz auf Stage 4 “Old School DH” verhinderte jedoch ein Top Resultat.

Wearing the national jersey is a special honor every year – especially since these are only the second Enduro World Championships ever.
But nothing beats our beloved Maloja team jersey.
During training, the weather was still very unsettled. But once it cleared up, the full panorama could be admired. Helen on the “Lord of the Rims” stage at Bikepark Bellwald.
Even future world champion Richie Rude was impressed in the background. Torben searches for the fastest line through the alpine meadows during Saturday’s training.
After training comes race day. Due to the fast and rocky tracks, Lorenz always had to keep an eye on the spoke tensions.
Specialists among themselves. Torben and Lorenz go over the last to-do’s after a long training day.
What a view! On Sunday, a prologue was already held on the Glaciara Stage. Unfortunately, Helen crashed there and lost valuable time.
Full focus. Helen on Stage 11, “Blueberry Trail.” At the end of a long race day, it was enough for 4th place.
To the very end. After a very difficult season, Torben once again showed himself his potential. Two Top 20 stages and 30th place overall are definitely something to be proud of.
All in. Kelan started very well with a Top 20 and a Top 30 stage. However, a heavy crash on Stage 4, “Old School DH,” prevented a top result.
