Last weekend, after a longer break from racing, the team came together again at the E Velo Vert Festival 2026 in Les Arcs and Bourg-Saint-Maurice: two days of fast stages, tough climbs, and exciting battles all the way to the finish.

As in previous years, the German E-EDR Championships took place in Willingen, this time as part of the renowned Bosch E-MTB Series. After a demanding but highly successful week at Trans Madeira, Helen had only three days at home before heading straight to the Sauerland region. On the final day in Madeira, she had suffered a large wound on her arm, so the race was never going to be an easy one.

Last weekend marked the fourth race of our first race block. After staying in Riva during the week, we headed to Castino in Piedmont on Thursday for the third round of the European E-MTB Tour.

The M2S Race750 is the racing version of the Avinox M2S production motor, which was officially presented on April 9, 2026. The official UCI approval followed on April 15, 2026. Just three days later, at the first stop of the European E-MTB Tour in Slovenia, the motor made its debut in official UCI race conditions on the track: the ROTWILD Schwalbe Gravity Team was the first team to compete with the Race750.

At the beginning of May, the third race of the season, the Bosch E-MTB Challenge, took place in Riva del Garda. After two demanding weekends in Slovenia and Belgium, we were particularly looking forward to the one-day format, especially as Théo, Helen, and Kelan were each dealing with a few minor injuries from the previous weeks.

Maximum performance in racing requires maximum adaptability. That’s why the new R.EXC features modular dropouts. What they do and how they are installed is explained in this video.

The team traveled to Belgium for the recent enduro race weekend. Contrary to expectations, the courses in the low mountain range featured a steep, muddy, and extremely technical profile that was absolutely World Cup-worthy.

The fifth E-Bike World Championship for Everyone was a great event all about e-mountainbiking and has now already been held for the fifth time in Ischgl, Austria. More than 1,500 participants from 18 nations took on the challenge, among them quite a few ROTWILD bikes. The sporting highlight was the race in the ELITE category.

Challenge accepted: At the end of August, the ROTWILD Schwalbe Gravity Team took on the challenges of this year's UCI Enduro and E-Enduro World Championships. On the extremely demanding courses, it was about more than just seconds – it was about a shared passion for the sport, strong team spirit, and unforgettable moments.

The R.R275 X has won the IF Design Award 2024. The ROTWILD Gravelbike with eAssist convinced the jurors in the "Bicycles" product category. The design was created by the design agency ARTEFAKT from Darmstadt and transferred into a production-ready bike in collaboration with our engineers over 18 months of intensive discussions, drawings, 3D prints, and test rides. According to the vote, the R.C1000, as the latest ROTWILD Cross Over Bike, demonstrates a special versatility regarding its area of application.

"To make as many intense descents as possible" - that's what EMTB editor Christian Schleker wanted to experience with the ROTWILD R.G375. His plan? To test the bike over an entire season, in different destinations and under various trail conditions, thoroughly examining it. He now shares his impressions from the long-term test in EMTB.
