eMTB-News User Awards: A special honour for competent service

ROTWILD stands for technically thoughtful and high-quality eMTBs. Mountain biking enthusiasts seek to improve their athletic performance and have fun on the trails with them. In addition to the actual product and in-depth purchasing advice from ROTWILD specialty retailers, post-purchase service is an essential part of the customer journey. It is part of the brand philosophy to professionally assist all customers after the purchase. We are proud to announce that readers of the online magazine eMTB-News have ranked us second in the Customer Service category at the 2024 User Awards.

"The User Award is a special distinction for us. It confirms one thing: we are on the right track in our efforts to continually strengthen after-sales service. We do this primarily through the continuous service training of our ambitious ROTWILD dealers and close information exchange. This benefits customers greatly," emphasizes Maximilian Jenschke, Service Manager at ROTWILD. ROTWILD specialty dealers are the first point of contact for cyclists when it comes to service and repair. A trend that the 2023 customer satisfaction survey can confirm. After intensive training of specialty dealers, ROTWILD was able to increase satisfaction compared to 2021 in the service area.

The professional support of our trading partners and customers is a key element of ROTWILD's brand philosophy. Given the speed of market development and the emergence of new innovations in the product area, service must also continuously invest in its own expertise and evolve with customer requirements and needs. Therefore, in addition to the award itself, customer feedback is an important gauge for the company and the basis for updating responses to individual customer inquiries.

Since 2018, the online magazine eMTB-News has invited its readers to vote for the User Awards. In over 20 categories, respondents can express their opinion on various aspects of e-mountain biking. This year, over 6,000 people participated in the survey.
