The ROTWILD community about enjoying exchanging ideas, which is why there are a number of simple and basic rules that are intended to act as guidance for those taking active part.

LEGAL NOTES ON POSTS TO THE ROTWILD COMMUNITY

The contents created within the ROTWILD Community (questions, answers, comments, images) are posts by the users of rotwild.com. These contributions solely and exclusively represent the opinions and views of the specific user and not those of ROTWILD. The contents created by users are not monitored by us as a matter of principle. We are, however, entitled to use our own discretion to block, delete, edit or, if necessary, publish at another location within the site any contents made accessible via the service, particularly if we have become aware or may justifiably assume that contents or their use on the ROTWILD Community are in breach of applicable law or these T&Cs. Should you be of the opinion that your rights have been violated by another user’s post, please notify us immediately via  communityrotwildde.

GUIDELINES FOR THE ROTWILD COMMUNITY

Extend a welcome

New Community members are always welcomed and receive a greeting. Assistance when questions arise is explicitly desired. Show tolerance Every post represents an opinion. This deserves respect, even if you have a different opinion yourself. Personal attacks will not be tolerated. After all, everybody wishes to be respected and tolerated in their own right.

Keep it clean

Applicable law also has to be observed in the ROTWILD Community. Insulting, racist, illegal, unconstitutional, discriminating, violent or morally unacceptable contents (comments, images, etc.) have no place in the ROTWILD Community and will be deleted. Continuous provocation of other Community members and publication of private information without the consent of all parties affected are similarly not desired. We reserve the right to block access if this rule is contravened.

Keep objective in arguments

It is important to stick to the facts. An exchange of ideas in the ROTWILD Community is indeed desired, and there is a comment function for this purpose. Criticism should be directed at opinions and not at individuals. It should be considered, objective and respectful.

Be fair

Members are requested not to operate with several accounts. Copying and posting third-party contents is also unfair and breaches copyright – this also has to be respected in the ROTWILD Community. If this does nevertheless occur, the person who posted the relevant contribution in the community bears sole responsibility. In the case of photos, instead of embedding the image, members should post a link to the page on which the photo is visible in order to avoid possible restraint orders or claims for damages. Supplying and requesting non-licensed copies for purchase or swapping is prohibited. Advertising and spam annoy everyone. We therefore ask you to refrain from this in your own interest as well.

These data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. This website uses Google Analytics for statistical purposes, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc.
